Edited by his daughter, the journalist Jackie Kemp, it marks the 10th anniversary of the sudden death at the age of 63 of Mr Kemp who was editor from 1981 to 1994.
Confusion to Our Enemies: Selected Journalism of Arnold Kemp (1939-2002) covers many of the important events at home and abroad during his professional life.
