Arrest over £1m jewellery robbery

A MAN has been arrested in connection with a £1 million armed robbery at a prestigious jewellery store.

The 31-year-old will appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court later today accused of taking part in the theft at Hamilton and Inches in Edinburgh on June 6. Two suspects remain outstanding for the raid and Police Scotland said enquiries are ongoing.
