Arthur's Seat ride raises £12,583

A FATHER whose three-year-old son has been diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy has helped raise £12,583 to fund research into the condition by cycling 100 laps of Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh.

Gary Fegan, 41, an IT consultant from Prestonpans, and four chums took 24 hours to complete the 330-mile challenge.
