A school playground supervisor who pulled out a pupil's tooth and called another a "nincompoop" has been banned from the profession.
Christina Newcombe was working with primary pupils at St Margaret's School for Girls in Aberdeen when the incidents took place earlier this year.
A General Teaching Council spokesman said Newcombe "extracted the tooth of a junior pupil" in March. He added: "Although this was done with the consent of the pupil concerned, this was in breach of the school's child protection policy."
