Bard's backdrop of war
A PRODUCTION of William Shakespeare set against the backdrop of the First World War is to commemorate the centenary of the start of the conflict.
Bard in the Botanics actors Daniel Campbell, who plays the 15th-century King of England, and Amandine Vincent, who plays Katherine, Princess of France, wore replica costumes as they unveiled the production at the Kibble Palace. Henry V runs from today to August 2.
