A TEACHER who is a British National Party activist has lost his legal challenge against Michael Gove after he was struck off for life.

Adam Walker, of Durham, was struck off after receiving a suspended jail term for verbally abusing three boys, chasing them in his car and slashing tyres on their bikes. He took the Education Secretary to court, claiming the decision was due to politics.

But after a hearing at the Administrative Court in Leeds, Judge Clive Heaton QC ruled: "I reject his argument as lacking any credible evidential base at all."
