Borders Hand Ba' team head to Italy

It's a game of few rules, boisterous behaviour and centuries of tradition.

Now a team of Hand Ba' players is journeying from the Scottish Borders to Verona in Italy to take part in a street games festival.

The traditional ball game, played between teams known as the Uppies and Downies, will feature at the Tocati, which showcases events from around the world.
