Budding journalists grill Salmond

ALEX Salmond toured a newsroom staffed with budding journalists yesterday.

He was grilled by volunteer reporters taking part in the Future News project covering the Commonwealth Games, at Glasgow's Mitchell Library.

The First Minister took time to view the Robben Island Bible, from the notorious prison which held Nelson Mandela, which has been flown in from South Africa, with students Kelebogile Mojanaga, Mpho Phutni Machaka and Baxolise Mfidi.
