The businesswoman has joined forces with Glasgow solicitor Angela McCracken and two others in a bid to raise £100,000 for the centre in Nairobi.
The women will travel from Lille to Barcelona via seven countries, covering 1500 miles in four days in a car which cost just £300 and is at least 10 years old.
