Cala Homes East took awards for Best Show Home more than 1800 sq ft and Best Luxury Home for developers building more than 50 units per year.
Westpoint Homes was awarded Best Apartment and Development of the Year at the prize-giving ceremony in Glasgow's Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Since their inception in 2007, the awards have grown in popularity and stature and this year saw a record number of entries.
All of the categories were closely contested and Westpoint Homes beat off stiff competition to secure the Development of the Year award for the Rawcliffe Estate in Langside.
The development was praised for providing a mix of house types and great outdoor space in what was once a derelict site.
Glasgow Housing Association's Executive Director of Development and Regeneration, Alex McGuire, a member of the 2012 judging panel, said: "Last night's event showcased best practice in all aspects of housing, private and social, and we congratulate the winners on the part they are playing in creating and sustaining local communities across Scotland."
The event, which was hosted by TV and radio star Des Clarke, was organised by The Herald and sponsored by YourPlace Property Management, Daw Signs, Ross and Liddell, Space and Time Media and s1homes.
A report on the winners will feature in The Herald's Scotland's Homes supplement on Wednesday, September 26.
