SCOTLAND'S capital has launched a push to create 20,000 new jobs over the next five years.
Edinburgh City Council is calling on businesses in the city to help support the creation of jobs by joining the new Edinburgh Guarantee programme to set up apprenticeships and work opportunities for young people.
