Census slammed for distorting religious data

THE Scottish Government is set to vastly overestimate the number of religious people in Scotland in this month’s census, it has been claimed.

As part of new research for the Humanist Society of Scotland pollsters Progressive and YouGov questioned two groups of 1000 Scots and found they responded differently depending on how questions were phrased.
