FIVE Scottish charities will benefit from the sale of two bottles of rare whisky which are expected to fetch record prices when they are auctioned.
A bottle of Bowmore 1957 is expected to raise up to £150,000 when it is sold today at Bonhams in Edinburgh.
A second bottle of the malt, which comes from a collection of 12, will be sold at Bonhams whisky auction in New York on October 28.
