Children are charity heroes

SUPERHEROES, princesses, cartoon characters and even a Jedi knight took over the St Enoch Centre in Glasgow for its first sponsored Toddle Waddle.

The event, in aid of Cancer Support Scotland, saw more than 100 toddlers and under-fives decked out in fancy dress to complete the route of 4000 baby steps through the mall.

Every child will get a certificate and a goody bag when they send in their sponsor cash. The toddler who raises most wins a Hamleys birthday party.
