LEGAL experts have ruled that a man sentenced to six years in jail for shaking his baby to death may have suffered a miscarriage of justice.
Faisal Younas was convicted of culpable homicide following the death of his eight-month old daughter, Alishba. The Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission has announced it is to refer the case back to the High Court.
