Dead lollipop man lay undiscovered

The body of a school crossing warden, a former merchant seaman, has been found weeks after he died.

Pat Dagan was discovered by a window cleaner, who had peered through the letter box at the 83-year-old's Lochee, Dundee, home. Neighbours said yesterday he was well-travelled and thought to be on holiday.
