A DRIVE to get more women into top-level positions in Scottish business is being spearheaded by a senior executive at Royal Bank of Scotland.
Helen Cook, human resources director at the corporate banking division of RBS, is chairing the Scottish steering committee of The Two Percent Club and believes there is a need to bolster the talent stream of women equipped for executive roles.
