A MASSAGE parlour closed down after a police swoop on the capital's brothels has been granted permission to reopen.
The New Town sauna saw its suspension lifted following a private hearing at Edinburgh City Council's licensing board yesterday.
Senior officers had tried to shut down the sauna on the grounds it posed a "serious risk to the public".
