Exporting arts is key, says chief of Creative Scotland

Creative Scotland will concentrate on places rather than sectors and forge alliances with countries such as America and India, its new chief executive has revealed.

Andrew Dixon, head of the arts funding body that will formally begin its work on July 1, revealed in an interview with The Herald that he wants to radically shift the focus of the merged Scottish Arts Council and Scottish Screen.
