Fantastic four for Lexy at Mod

LIGHTING up the stage at the Dunoon Mod was six-year-old Lexy MacLeod from Skye who won four top prizes for Highland dancing at the annual celebration of Gaelic music and culture.

Beth Campbell, 7, also from Skye, took home the Helmsdale Trophy for Clarsach playing after impressing judges in the beginners' category.

And winning the An Comunn Gaidhealach Gold Medal – the highest singing prize of the whole event – was Eilidh Davies, 33, from Invergarry and Calum Macleod , 21, from Carloway, Lewis.
