Scottish Borders Chamber of Commerce (SBCC) will host a conference this summer for broadcasters, politicians and local representatives to discuss the current television offering from ITV Border.
One local SNP MSP has warned that she will not let ITV ignore the SBCC's demand for more Scottish coverage in the run-up to the independence referendum, saying viewers must receive "the same coverage from both sides of the debate as the rest of the country".
