THE last orders have been dispatched from the Hall's of Broxburn meat factory as production of its world-famous haggis switches to a new firm.

A total of 1700 people will have lost their jobs by the time the plant in West Lothian closes tomorrow.

There are currently 80 workers still on site and that will reduce to 50 office and administration staff by the end of the week.
