LEADING drinks companies have joined forces to hold a fundraiser for the victims of the Clutha bar tragedy.

Tennents, Diageo, Bacardi, and William Grant are among those supporting the evening, organised by Scott Gemmell of the LA Group, at The Barras Art and Design Centre in Glasgow.

Ten people died when a police helicopter crashed into the Clutha bar on November 29.

The Shiverin' Sheiks, The Basement Boogie-Men, David Duffy and Papa Shandy & the Drams will perform at Sunday's event, with all proceeds going to the council's Clutha appeal fund.
