Frantic search for Rado watch

IN the first few moments after Andy Murray secured his elusive Grand Slam title, he scrambled around in his bag and socks looking for his watch.

The Scot turned to his team and girlfriend Kim Sears for help in finding the £2580 timepiece, which had been supplied by Rado as part of a sponsorship deal.

Frantic Murray was eventually directed to it by Miss Sears and managed to get it on his wrist in time for the trophy presentation.

But it's no wonder he looked so worried – he is reported to have been in line for a £200,000 bonus for wearing it when winning a Grand Slam.
