A FINANCIAL adviser and "repeat offender" has been banned from running a company after it was found his firm could have misled potential investors over pensions.
Stewart Domke, of City Gate Money Managers, came to the attention of the Financial Services Authority for the second time in three years with the regulator now finding him unsuitable to hold any company position of significant influence.
