Karen Gillan appears in music video as countdown to debut of new US TV show begins
Former Dr Who actress Karen Gillan is set to take the US by storm as the countdown to her new TV show Selfie begins.
The Scots actress's new show, which also stars Star Trek actor John Cho, premieres on ABC tonight.
The series follows the life of Eliza Dooley, a woman obsessed with becoming famous by using social media.
Gillan recently appeared in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, which is currently the year's highest grossing film.
In preparation for the premiere Gillan has also made an appearance as a gun slinging cheerleader in TV on the Radio's new video alongside Pee Wee Harman.
The video for the US indie rock band's new single Happy Idiot was released today.
