The former Gadget Shop chairman and his wife could be set to make a loss on the eight-bedroom home as they look for a quick sale.
The couple – who are worth about £45 million – were arrested at a nightclub in Orlando, Florida, in August last year, and Mrs Gorman later carried out community service after being charged with assaulting a police officer and cocaine possession.
