Katherine Grainger and partner Anna Watkins have won the gold medal in the women's double skulls.
The pair got off to a fast start and kept the lead throughout the race, roared on by enthusiastic crowd to beat the Australian crew, who took silver, by a length. The bronze medal went to Poland.
