Grand designs

MODEL maker Cemal Ozturk makes the final adjustments to part of a new Mackintosh show before it goes on display.

Six buildings designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, but never built, will be on show to the public in the exhibition.

Mr Ozturk, of Ozturk Modelmakers in Glasgow, has re-created in three dimensions plans made by the renowned Scottish architect and artist. They go on show at the Lighthouse in Glasgow from October 15 as part of the first Creative Mackintosh Festival.
