Highlands outlet fails police test

A LICENSED premises in the Highlands has been reported by police after failing an underage test purchasing operation.

Police Scotland said the off-sales outlet in the Nairnshire area failed to ask a youngster for proof of age.

The premises will be re-tested, following which a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal. Nine other outlets tested passed.
