Hospital lacks in key areas

A hospital has been found lacking in two key areas – just months after being told to improve in 17 different aspects of care.

Glasgow Royal Infirmary was subject to an announced visit by Healthcare Improvement Scotland in May this year, during which inspectors highlighted four areas of strength, 17 areas for improvement and one area for continuing improvement.
