Firefighters battled through the night after the blaze broke out at the building on York Street at about 11.20pm on Sunday forcing dozens of residents to be evacuated.
The cause of the blaze remains unknown, but the Incident Research and Investigation Section of Strathclyde Fire and Rescue is examining the cause.
