POLICE are investigating two deaths in Fife which officers believe to be linked and follow reports of a domestic dispute.

Two bodies were found at separate addresses in Rosyth and Dalgety Bay. Police said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the incidents.

The families of both of those who died have been informed.

Police cordoned off an area around Findlay Street in Rosyth while evidence was collected.

There was speculation locally of a murder and a suicide. Police would not confirm any details.

One local living close to the scene told police she heard arguing in the street and that she heard a woman crying while a man was shouting.

Police have not released details of the ages and gender of the people involved.
