SCOTLAND has kept its place as the cheapest part of the UK for car insurance as a new survey reveals the cost is going down.
Buying the product north of the Border costs on average £438, more than half the £1059 price in the most expensive areas – Greater Manchester and Liverpool – with the trend downwards in all regions except Anglia.
