Jordan, 20, has been trying to break away from his former gang lifestyle in the east end of Glasgow.
"I've wanted to join the Army since I was 16, but I kept getting into trouble with the police for carrying knives and stuff.
"To me it was just hanging round with my pals. Being in a gang, it's just what you do when you grow up where I stay.
