A MAN who killed a dog after inflicting horrific injuries is facing jail.
Jordan White, 21, phoned police to say he had been left with a friend's dog and was going to let it loose or "do it in".
When officers arrived they found the animal lying dead in the bloodstained house. He said the pet bit him after he used salt to clean a wound.
