A Scotland international cap given to late Rangers footballer Jim Baxter in the 1960s has been auctioned for £10,000.
The cap, one of only five awarded to the midfielder, went under the hammer at a sports memorabilia sale in Glasgow.
Baxter, nicknamed Slim Jim, played 34 times for Scotland but received just five caps because the system at the time only awarded players one cap per season, regardless of the number of appearances.
