Mr Justice Moor yesterday postponed a trial in the row between Scot and Michelle Young – who have been in dispute since separating six years ago – until October 2013.
The trial was due to have started in November but Mr Justice Moor rescheduled the hearing after being told Mrs Young's lawyers needed more time to prepare her case.
