Just one in 100 Scots consider themselves gay, lesbian or bisexual

Just one in every hundred Scots consider themselves to be gay, lesbian or bisexual, a figure barely half that of Londoners.

Research by the Office of National Statistics (ONS) also found that gay and lesbian people were more likely to work in professional or managerial roles than heterosexuals.
