'Legal high' 16-year-old is released

A 16-YEAR-OLD girl who was arrested in connection with two children taking a legal high has been released pending further inquiries.

The teenager is believed to have been arrested on suspicion of culpable and reckless conduct after two 13-year-olds were taken to hospital from Kelvingrove Park in Glasgow last week.

A spokeswoman for the Crown Office said: "The procurator fiscal received a report in relation to a 16-year-old female in connection with an alleged incident on Wednesday, October 10, 2012.
