TRIBUTES have been paid to former Conservative government minister and chief law officer in Scotland Lord Fraser of Carmyllie, who has died suddenly aged 68.
Lord Fraser, who died at home in Arbroath on Saturday, led the investigation into the Lockerbie bombing and an inquiry into the Holyrood building project.
Alex Salmond said: "Lord Fraser leaves an outstanding record."
