Man's body found near A96 bypass

POLICE are investigating the discovery of a man's body near a major Scottish road.

The body was found by the side of the A96 Huntly bypass, in Aberdeenshire, on Saturday afternoon. Grampian Police said detectives were following a positive line of inquiry into identifying the remains. It is understood the man's next of kin may be living in the south of England.
