Scots actor Marty Docherty, pictured, was on cloud nine after rubbing shoulders with the stars at the Hollywood premiere of the movie in which he appears.
Mr Docherty, 38, plays the brother of Tom Hanks in Cloud Atlas, the film adaptation of the best-selling novel, parts of which were shot in Glasgow. And yesterday he was still coming down to earth after attending the premiere in Los Angeles, alongside Hanks and co-stars Halle Berry and Susan Sarandon.
