A CONTROVERSIAL bus company takeover that will hand 70% of services in Renfrewshire to one company has been given approval.
The Competition Commission gave the final approval to the £10 million takeover of Arriva Scotland West by McGill's after a five-month probe into whether it would affect customer choice.
