Lothian and Borders Police had been searching for Irene McCawley, 77, who was last seen at around 9am on Wednesday when she left her home in the Boghall area of Bathgate, West Lothian, to go to the butcher's shop nearby, but did not arrive.
A pensioner missing for two days has been found safe and well, police said.
