THE mother of a missing sailor who disappeared in Dubai nine months ago says she still believes her son is alive.
Royal Navy Leading Seaman Timothy MacColl, from Killin in Stirlingshire, vanished in May last year while on shore leave from his ship.
A Facebook campaign was launched to raise awareness of the 27-year-old's disappearance and attracted more than 100,000 members.
