Mother’s Day takes on a new meaning for young feminists

If tradition is adhered to this morning, across Scotland mothers will awake to find breakfast made for them, a house full of daffodils, chocolates, and cards from their grateful progeny lining the shelves.

 This year Mother’s Day comes only a week after another, altogether different celebration of womanhood.
