National Museum in top 10 UK attractions

the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh is the first venue north of the Border to break into the UK's top 10 visitor attractions..

It recorded almost 1.9 million visitors – up 29% – making it the ninth most visited attraction in the UK. The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow, was up nearly 6% to 1,037,594 visitors, but Edinburgh Castle fell 5.5% to 1,230,177 visitors.
