Near-miss for jet and helicopter

A RAF Tornado jet and a Eurocopter AS350 helicopter came close to colliding over the north west of Scotland, an official probe has revealed.

The incident happened 10 miles south west of Cape Wrath in Sutherland on August 7. The UK Airprox Board said lessons should be learned from the incident.
