'Now I have a pipe and get water at home'

She is 30 years old with four children to feed – and has a life expectancy of just 15 more years.

High in the mountains of Lushoto, in northern Tanzania, life is hard for Halima Shabani.

"Before this project, farming was difficult," she says.

"You planted seeds, but you had nowhere to sell the crops because there was no market for them. I was experiencing difficulty feeding my children."
